Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your deck. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at sidvarma1997@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that returns must be sent to: D55, 2nd Floor, South City 2, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana, 122018. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
